About Merchant Sheets

Spreadsheets built to the standard of real client work

Merchant Sheets makes formula-only Excel and Google Sheets templates for ecommerce and SaaS operators. Every template is a workbook drawn from live financial modeling engagements

Why This Exists

Operators deserve numbers they can read

Most spreadsheets sold to ecommerce and SaaS operators hide their logic — locked cells, macros, or a tangle of references no one can follow. Merchant Sheets takes the opposite approach: templates you can open, trace, and trust, built to the same standard as a paid modeling engagement.

Formula-only, always

No macros, no scripts, no hidden logic. Click any cell and follow the math back to its source. Nothing happens in the background.

Dual platform by default

One purchase gives you an Excel workbook and a parallel Google Sheets version, kept in sync. Work wherever your team already lives.

Documented to hand off

Each tab opens with a one-page guide. Built to survive being passed to a new owner, a lender, or a bookkeeper without losing context.

Who Builds These

Built by the person doing the work

I’m Bradley Taylor. I work as an independent contractor doing financial modeling and analysis, with a specialty in ecommerce and SaaS. The templates on this site are the same workbooks I build and rely on in client engagements — packaged so operators can use them without booking one.

My background is in accounting and finance, with degrees in both and certifications through the Corporate Finance Institute. That training shows up in the details: how the statements tie together, how assumptions are separated from outputs, and how every number stays traceable back to a source.

The build standard for what I sell is the same one I hold client work to. If a template ships here, it’s because it earned its place in real work first.

The Build Standard

What every template has in common

One standard runs across the whole library, whether you buy a single template or a bundle.
