Merchant Sheets templates are digital products delivered instantly on purchase. Because of the digital nature of these products — and to protect against refund abuse — all sales are final and no refunds are issued.

Once a template, bundle, or full-library purchase is completed, the download is available to you immediately and cannot be returned. Please review the product description, previews, and details before you buy so you know what you’re getting.

If something’s wrong

We stand behind our products. If a template is defective, doesn’t match its description, or you were charged in error, email us at info@merchantsheets.com and we’ll make it right — whether that’s a fix, a replacement file, or another appropriate resolution.
