These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Merchant Sheets website, templates, and related services (the “Services”), operated by Merchant Sheets LLC (“Merchant Sheets,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using anything from Merchant Sheets, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you’re using Merchant Sheets on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for that business.
All Merchant Sheets templates are licensed, not sold. Your rights to use them are set out in our License Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it — it explains what you can and can’t do with a template.
Prices are listed at the point of sale and are payable in full at checkout. You’re responsible for providing accurate billing information. We may update pricing at any time, but changes won’t affect purchases you’ve already completed.
Because templates are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at the point of sale. If a template is defective or doesn’t work as described, contact us and we’ll make it right.
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes not attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, not using the Services for anything unlawful, and not using our templates outside the permitted uses in the License Policy.
The Merchant Sheets name, brand, website, and templates — including their structure, formulas, formatting, and design — are the property of Merchant Sheets LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that property to you.
Merchant Sheets templates are tools to help you organize and analyze your own data. They are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. They are not financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice, and we don’t guarantee any particular result from using them. You’re responsible for reviewing your own numbers and decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merchant Sheets LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
