KPI Dashboard

$69

The KPI Dashboard tracks 12 core ecommerce metrics, including net revenue, AOV, conversion rate, CAC, MER, and EBITDA, across 24 months of actuals. Paste in your monthly numbers and it auto-computes each metric, compares it to your targets, and flags status with traffic-light pills. Formula-only, so it runs identically in Excel and Google Sheets.

Works in Excel & Google Sheets

Template includes both versions. One price, no add-ons.

How it works

The dashboard separates raw inputs from derived metrics, so the numbers you paste in never get overwritten by formulas.

  1. Data Input: Paste your monthly actuals here: revenue, orders, sessions, new customers, marketing spend, COGS, refunds, and opex. Blue cells only
  2. Targets: Set your monthly KPI targets and the thresholds that drive status pills
  3. Calc: Derives the metrics that aren’t raw inputs, AOV, conversion rate, CAC, MER, margins, and more
  4. Dashboard: KPI tiles and a period comparison table, with month-over-month and year-over-year deltas
  5. Reference: Integrity checks and a glossary defining each of the 12 metrics

Steps to use it

  1. Open Data Input and paste your monthly actuals into the blue cells
  2. Open Targets and set your KPI targets in the yellow-filled cells
  3. Review Dashboard: KPIs auto-compute and status pills show where you stand against target
  4. Each month, add a new column of actuals: the dashboard rolls forward automatically

Status logic is built in: metrics where higher is better (revenue, AOV, MER, gross margin) are on track at or above target; metrics where lower is better (CAC, refund rate) are on track at or below target.
