Merchant Sheets License Policy

When you purchase a Merchant Sheets template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under the terms below. You do not own the template itself; you own the right to use it. This license applies to every template, bundle, and full-library purchase unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

What you can do

You may use Merchant Sheets templates:

  • On your own: Use any template you’ve purchased for your personal or business projects, across as many of your own files as you need.
  • With your team: Share and use the template internally with employees and collaborators working within your business.
  • For client work: Use the template to deliver services to your clients — for example, building a model, dashboard, or report that you hand off as part of paid work.

What you can’t do

You may not:

  • Reproduce it: Copy, duplicate, or redistribute the template, in whole or in part, outside the permitted uses above.
  • Sell or resell it: Sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise distribute the template as a product, whether on its own or bundled with something else.
  • Post images of it online: Publish, share, or display screenshots, previews, or images of the template online — including on websites, social media, marketplaces, or in course or tutorial content.

Client work — the line

You can use templates to do paid work for clients. What you can’t do is turn the template itself into a product you sell or give away. In short: deliver outcomes built with the template, not the template.

Ownership

All Merchant Sheets templates, including their structure, formulas, formatting, and design, remain the intellectual property of Merchant Sheets. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Ending the license

This license stays in effect for as long as you comply with these terms. If you breach it, your right to use the affected templates ends, and you must stop using and delete any copies.
